I paid but my account still shows Free.
Sign out and sign back in — your unlock status is verified on sign-in. If it still shows Free after that, email us with the email address you used to pay and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Tally is a one-time $0.99 purchase. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented access, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll review it.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at [email protected] and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
How accurate are the stats?
Stats are estimates based on averages and general calculations — they're meant to be thought-provoking, not scientifically precise. The numbers are in the right ballpark, not medical measurements.
